do i remember book it? don’t you mean do i remember my entire childhood? book it was my life- i was always reading. did anyone else did a free personal pizza when the read so many books?

This is awesome.

Pretty sure this is the reason why I still love Pizza Hut so much.

I think I got the Book-it free pizza just about every week. Loved it. Maybe they should do that with adults. Encourage reading!

Today in Sunday School someone was talking about some new kind of skateboarding-type thing in order to illustrate some point they were making. Everyone seemed to know what he was talking about, but Dr. Pounds noticed I looked like I had no clue. He asked if everyone knew what this thing was, and I was the only one who said no. He looked at me and said, “Congratulations, you’re officially getting old.” And to prove him right, now I can’t remember the name of this stupid thing! It has the word stick in it I believe……. Anyone know what I’m talking about?

I’ve got to find a place where I belong at church.

I have a favorite microfilm machine in the library. As in I sit there everytime and get sad if someone else is using it (today was successful in securing it.) It’s perfectly located in the corner where no one notices me and faces a wall so I’m less likely to be distracted. Not like I don’t have my laptop sitting right next to me… I have reached a new low. Officially.

Favorite microfilm machine? Congrats, if you didn’t already know it, you’re officially a super-nerd. However, I have to admit that the few times in my life that I’ve used a microfilm machine, it has been pretty cool.

I apologize in advance if you occasionally hear me through the walls singing along to my Pandora Radio as I read. Consider it payback for last night, when your low rumbling voice reverberated through my walls for hours on end (not to mention those random playful yells— what was that about?) as I tried to study. You’re welcome.
